Not sure how to unblock sites. R7000 is blocking every site except netgear.com

Hi, I'm not sure what the problem is. My Netgear router and modem were working just fine until I switched internet provider accounts, then my router stopped working. I reset both my router and modem so they're working again but I'm unable to access every website except netgear.com. If you're able to help, would you please give me a step-by-step visual since I don't know terminology or how this all works.
