Upgraded to Premium VPN. Armor app doesn't recognize it

Have a CBR750 modem/router. Upgraded to Premium VPN while on my iPad. Upgrade went smoothly, but the Armor app does not recognize the VPN and wants to create a new VPN configuration when I try to turn on protection from within the app. Ideas?

  • So I went to the support chat line. I cut & pasted the above issue. They said to uninstall the updated vpn app and follow the instructions given in a link they provided to update the vpn via the Armor app. 

    I now have two subscriptions for the upgraded vpn. One from Bitdefender and one from Armor. This merging of the two companies products really isn't clean. :(

      Been dealing witht the same thing for awhile now. Had to be refunded by Bitdefender twice now because I keep getting linked to the Bitdefender Central version and not the Netgear Armor version.
