Located UK. As I tried to create a new account using new email, everything is fine. However, all my devices are registered by previous email address. Also, failure to login is occurred on website and mobile phone that should not related to any region or language setting. So, I am frustrate to access my router....

Please give the below details,
Are you able to login to the Old account where you have devices added ?
You just created a new account and couldn't access the Web or App for this new email account ?
were you planning to move your devices to the new mail account ?

Hi Salauddin or other netgear expert,
I still stuck to add my old devices to my new mail account as the devices are registered in my previous mail address. Would anyone can help to fix it?
