Device usage and history not displaying in parental controls
My son's devices are set to teen and when we firtst set up the system the usage was displaying but it now shows as "0" or no history to show every day. Is this an issue on the Orbi app, or something on the device side?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Smart Parental Controls product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Exact same issue here. Parental contols worked perfectly until the trial ended and I purchased them. Now no time used is showing up and no usage history is showing up for either of my kids. Any ideas???

Similar issue - no history showing or limiting and now the Off Times and Time Limits are not working. The wheels are falling off this bus... Halp!

Has a full power OFF of the router for 1 minute then back ON been performed.
Is the Time setting on the router accurate and time zone correct?
