Orbi RBK752, Filtering Adult/Malicious Content Via DNS Server?

What can I do to filter out pornographic and malicious sites from my home network? I would like to prevent access to such sites themselves and, ideally, I'd like to filter out pornographic images as well.
I have been trying OpenDNS Family Shield and Cloudfare, but neither are doing what I expected/hoped they would. I might not be setting these services up correctly . . .
So both OpenDNS and Cloudfare maintain their own DNS services. I can get the DNS server's IP addresses from either the OpenDNS or Cloudfare sites. These DNS servers say they filter out adult and malicious sites.
I do see via my web-browser how to specify the DNS server for Orbi to use, so this should affect all devices connecting via the Orbi (both wifi and wired devices, shouldn't make any difference).
My test search terms are "naked boobies". Don't try that at work or around small children.
Any ideas?

It looks like Cloudfare’s DNS server is in fact filtering out the outrageously pornographic results. During my previous testing, I just have had a page of results cached and that was making Cloudfare’s filtering appear ineffective.
For example, an image search for “Dicks” returns images of Dicks Sporting Goods stores. This is good.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
