Depends widely on the country or the FTA area (like NAFTA, EFTA, TPP, ...) you want the device to import.  This contains information about the manufacturing of the primary components, the energy and manufacturing environment standards, compliance to electric standards (CEN, CENELEC, ETSI, UL, ...).

Doubt information like local Netgear subsidiary address (if they are not the importer), service center, support, and the like are part of such a document. Applicable for support and warranty processes is always the legislation at the place of the original sales.
