readynas 102 updated directly to 6.10.8
Hi. I have had my Readynas 102 lying around for several years and now I decided to start it up as I am in need of a nas. I saw in the control panel that there was an update to 6.10.8 which I downloaded and installed. However, I missed that I should be updated it in several steps. Now it does not appear in the network. It starts but no more. Is there anything I can do to bring it back to life or is it dead?

Try doing a USB recovery using 6.2.5 firmware

Be care to follow the instructions for ARM when creating the recovery flash drive.
