NetGear app "We can't find your router"
It seems everytime I have to open the NightHawk app it is a battle. It has truly made my want to never by something that requires this app again. I have not even had the device for a year, and it has been a struggle, when I have never had to experience this kind of service before.
I am simply trying to plug in a WiFi extender and connect it to my network.
I got the extender working at first purchase, it went out on me, so I reset it. Big mistake, now I have no idea how to navigate the errors that come up, and EVERY solution I have found online does not work.
Every time I open the app I first get the message "We can't find your router."

What mobile device are you using?
FYI:
Be sure Local Network is enabled under the NH app settings on the apple device if your using Apple.
