When I turn on the LPC, wifi is connected but no internet

Every time I turn the Live Parental Control on even I'm using bypass account, the wifi connection is good but no internet access. Is there any conflict for the LPC and the internet? Can anyone help?

    1. Do all of your devices lose Internet connection?

    2. What is the model number of your router?

    3. What is the firmware version of the router?

      Hi, thanks for replying. Yes, all devices lose internet. My router is WNDR3300. Where I can find the firmware version of the router?

      The firmware version is V1.0.45_1.0.45NA

        Hi KennL,

         

        The router model that you are using does not support the Live Parental Control feature. May I know how you do you enable the LPC feature?
