Nighthawk Router - Mesh Wifi 6 System

I'm not to tech savvy, and I just bought the Mesh WiFi 6 System.  Currently, I'm using a router supplied by Spectrum.  Should I replace the Spectrum router with the Nighthawk router or can I just connect the Nighthawk sattlelites to my Spectrum router?

    What modem and router is it? 

    That's the question. 

    If its a modem/router combo device, the steps are different than if its a seperate modem from the router

      It’s the MR60 (Mesh WiFi 6 System). It came with a router and 2 satellites. I ended up disconnecting the router that I have through spectrum and using the new router. It seems to be working great now.
