EX3700, AC750. Can't get new firmware update v1.0.0.72

I received an e-mail about the current firmware update for my EX3700 wifi extender.

For the life of me, I cannot download and update the extender.

I can download the zip file but there is no way to install it.

I am not sure where to find the extenders IP address and if I did have it correct, it still does not open the extender or allow me to update.

I am using an iMac, MacOS, High Sierra, version 10.13.6

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You'd find the extender's IP address in your router.

     

    Or connect to the extender's network and browse to mywifiext.net
