EX700 connectivity

Im having issues with connecting my devices to the internet through the extender.  The extender has all of the displays indicating all is good (solid green).  Now my laptop connects via the extender no problem.  Phone, tablets, etc.....no such luck. FYI...the extender is connected to the wifi modem.  Im duped. Any help would be appreciated.
