Ex7300 wont accept password for 2.4g network
Had my extender for almost 6 months now. Had the firmware update issue n had to send for replacement. Everything was good n fine again until today.
Went to use internet and get a message that the password is incorrect. Try re-entering password multiple times still says it's incorrect . Tried factory password, still incorrect, tried original network password, still incorrect. I can still connect to my 5g ext network with the same password I've been using but the 2.4g will not accept it out of the blue for no apparent reason. I'm only user of network so there's no possibility of someone else having changed it and nothing changed prior to this (No router changes, no password changes or factory reset etc) starting to become extremely unsatisfied with quality and firmware of product.

When doing the factory reset have you tried to hold the reset button for 10+ seconds?
