Help Netgear R7000 as repeater for airport extreme?

So, I'm having an issue finding out if my old n600 wifi range extender will work as an extender for two airport extremes I have in my house.  I would think not bc they seem like they are access points or simply one is bridged as a wired accesspoint while the other is already a wifi access point.  I would assume this would start running into dhcp overloads with so many things going like this and I dont know enough about how my roommate got this all setup, but this is what it looks to be like.  Are the netgear range extenders compatible to serve as an extender for these apple products if they are further the connection source.  I.e.  cable internet to modem to airport extreme to another airport extreme then finally at the end an n600 wifi range extender to try and get my 5ghz to go further (i know thoroughput is going to be sucked dry but my bandwidth is so strong I think it will likely still be about 10-15 mbps with being cut in halves down the line).
