Lenovo Laptop won't connect to AC1200 WiFi Range Extender

Hello,

I purchased a AC1200 WiFi Range Extender Model EX6110.

I connected it to my current WiFi and added my phone and my daughters' tablets. I am not able to connect my Lenovo Laptop. 

When I try to enter the password, it says the pw is incorrect. I used my current WiFi password to set the unit up so I'm not sure why this is happening.

NetGear Customer Service implied they could help but tech support is expensive and I feel that this should be an easy fix.

Any suggestions and support are really helpful.
