MK62 won’t connect to router
Router won’t connect to my internet provider router

What modem/gateway are you connecting it to?
- LazyDaysAspirantI have the MK62 up until last night it was showing connection to my internet provider modem (AT&T). It now just blinks white or is red. I have rebooted the entire system (including the AT&T modem).
I’m not certain what firmware it is running as I cannot access the router information. The app is saying it does now locate the router. I have been using this since late April early May without issues. I did rename the router. I am open to changing it back but I can not access the router settings to accomplish this.- plemansGuru - Experienced User
most all att devices are modem/router combo devices. A double nat can cause issues with the app.
do you have the att gateway in passthrough mode? or the netgear's IP address in the att's gateway DMZ? Or the netgear router in AP mode?
