MYWIFIEXT isnt working

I cannot access the EX7500 via mywifiext.  Instead I jmusr aces it thru its IP 192.168.1.250.

 

  • Hardware Version: EX7500
  • Firmware Version: V1.0.0.52_1.0.68

 

How can I correct this?

    The special URLs are only workable while connected direct to the extender (WiFi, Ethernet port if any). Perfectly normal.
