My laptop cant connect to my EX6200

As the subject states, my laptop can't connect to my range extender. I did make sure it was set up properly. The strange thing is that everyone elses devices in my house can connect, its just my laptop that cant.

    Are you doing anything extra to the basic encryption e.g. disabling the SSID beacon or using a Wireless Access List? When the laptop attempts to connect in what way does it fail, what error messages do you see? I can’t check this because I am at work, but does the EX6200 have a log file in Maintenance or Administration?
