N300 WIFI Range Extender

Question

I have not been able to connect my N300 WIFI Range Extender and make it work. Too many variables. Can't get Netgear geni to come up on my lap top to change Netgear_ext to my router network. Way too complicated and I am very frustrated. Why can't I call a real person and have him or her walk me through this mess.

When setting up your WN3000RP, please try either the
&nbsp;
WPS setup
or
Web browser set up (connect to the NETGEAR_EXT network then visit mywifiext.net or 192.168.1.250)

I'm not sure how I did it but with the help of Netgear Genie I figured it out. I'm a happy camper!
