N450 router won't light up the wifi led light

I have tried to reset the router and unplugged the router several times. The wifi led light won't come on. I have also tried placing an Ethernet card in it and it still won't come on. What am I doing wrong?

    Are you saying you can not access the the device at all? Have you held the reset button down for 10 seconds to do a factory reset?
