NETGEAR Trek N300 Problem

So, I recently ordered this travel router. I connect my ethernet cable to the Internet/DSL port, then I switch the connection to "Wired." I then see the Treks WiFi SSID and connect. Upon succesful connect, a webpage opens and the page says its assessing the router. Next thing that happens is this error message:

No Ethernet Cable Is Plugged into the Router Internet Port

And I don't know what to do. The cable is plugged in! Help,

Have you tried to open a different web browser than the one that is giving a error when setting up the router.
