Netgear N300 EX2700 Wifi extender not working

For some reason my extender has stopped working and I've tried all sorts of solutions I see on the internet. I bought it back in February and it's been working great until now of course. It's not working to be frank. It's power light, router, and device lights don't come on when I plug it in and press the power button. I've tried all of my outlets and it doesn't work still. The only light that works when the power button is on is the WPS light but nothing happens when I press the WPS button. Also it's not showing up anywhere on my local network page, yet it's set to public. I would also like to not spend gobs of money to basically buy a new one. If anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it.
