Netgear ex6200 connection issue

Hiya,
Wondering if anyone can help, I've bought a new range extender, updated the firmware, used the genie to connect the Extender to the Router, all seems well and connected that end but whenever I try to connect devices to the extender it tells me there's an authentication problem and defaults to the router signal instead. Idk what else to do.

    You may want to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then try to set the extender up again.
