Are you sure you typed it 100% correctly? There are several near-misses that aren't hosted by Netgear.
On removal, Malwarebytes say they can remove PC Accelerate (using their free antimalware package). https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/186003-removal-instructions-for-pc-accelerate-pro/
