Nighthawk X6S
So I purchased a netgear Nighthawk X6S Tri-Band WiFI Mesh Extender. It's been a couple of months since I had set it up. I tried speaking to technical support since I have forgotten my login and password. I tried explaining to the agent on the phone that I dont want to buy anything I simply want my password and login username. Any piece of advice on how to regain access?

support doesn't have your login/password.
there's a password recovery option. but it requires that you set it up during setup as well as that you remember the security questions.
If you don't know the answers or didn't set it up, then you'd need to factory reset to get back in.
