WN3000RPv3 extender : Different wifi password for the extender and router
I use WN3000RPv3 extender. Currently wifi password for my extender has the same password with the router. I want to change different password for my extender, so no other people could access to my extender. I see on my extender web menu, Settings>Wireless > WiFi password, when I configured initially, I choose “same as existing network password” this option. Could I change to “use a different password” this option? How to set up this? Thanks!
Yes you will want to log into the extender again by going to www.mywifiext.net and then go to the wireless settings there you should be able to set the wireless password.
