WPA2 security on WNR3500L wired access point?
I've successfully set up a WNR3500L as a wired access point, connected to a R6200 which is the main router, using these instructions:
http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/96
The main configuration changes were:
On 3500, turn off DHCP, and set IP address to 192.168.1.101.
On 6200, limit DHCP range to 2-100.
Put them on different channels.
Different SSIDs.
In particular, I did not activate WDS mode, which I know only supports WEP.
However, the 3500 only gives me WEP as a security option; WPA2/etc. are all grayed out. I've seen the documentation saying only WEP is supported in bridging mode, but no mention of a limitation when using a 3500 as a wired access point.
Any help - i.e. any way to get WPA2 working on the 3500?
Both have latest firmware.
