can't connect to extender (EX6100v2)
The range extender shows up as a network to connect to. We selected and put in our wifi password and it won't connect. The wifi password is correct. All the green lights are on, we are close by the extender for initial set up.
Please advise on how we can connect our devices (iphone, PC and Mac laptops)

Did you setup via wps?
Try redoing the extender setup using the installation wizard. Many times wps wasn't coded the same between manufacturer's and it causes issues. Which is why it also has the installation wizard.

How do I find the installation wizard?
The extender is now connected to the laptop via ethernet.
