installation of Wyze cam will not use netgear 5G

I am trying to install a wyze cam and it will not accept 5gh but requires 2.4 gh  network is there something I can do? Thank you

    You didn't put much info. 

    What device are you using? (model or router/extender that you're connecting to)

    Make sure the device you're setting it up on is connected to the 2.4ghz as well.
