the extended network not accepting my router password
I set up the extender on my iPad and entered the original router password . New extension will not accept the router password on my iPad etc. I have restored factory settings on the extender but how do I access the set up genie to change the password? Please explain in plain english as I am a very senior citizen and don't understand computer language. Thank you.
Darren. I have taken ages to respond but I have not managed to get back into this forum before. Your suggestion of using a pc to change the password worked Many thanks

On your pc you will want to go to www.mywifiext.net then it will ask for a user name and password in the username box type admin and then in the password box type password you should then be able to click on wireless settings and change the password.
