Okay so what i know is that Bungie recentely has released on console something that let the routers works bad. Also, i know that for resolve this issue you need to update the firmware to 3.0 (beta), i've tried but nothing has changed.
You are right in that they have released updates, however it is not as simple as doing a cloud update as normal. It will require actual changes to the Geo-Filter, we are still investigating but this will take some time.
