DumaOS not loaded yet! XR700 (no 2.4 or 5ghz wifi either)

Hello,
For the past week I have not been able to log-in to my routers dashboard through the web. I keep getting a message stating: “DumaOS not loaded yet! Don’t worry we will redirect you shortly”. I have waited on this page for hours and it never loads. I have tried all of the following methods: Turn off and restart Modem and Router. Factory reset by small pin on back our router for 30 seconds. I have tried the 30-30-30 reset. I have contacted my ISP and everything is okay. I have downgraded firmware to the oldest version and updated it. The 2.4 or 5GHz WiFi led’s don’t turn on at all. No WiFi is broadcasting. The Ethernet ports are working and transmitting internet. I have gone through the whole set up process again, it allows me to agree to the terms, change admin password, change the WiFi name and password, it lets me choose security questions, it confirms it’s connected to internet and checks for updates. After going through the whole process, it asks me to log in again and once I do so, I get the message “DumaOS not loaded yet! We will redirect you shortly”. Please if anyone has a solution for this problem let me me know how. Thank you!

  • It seems like you're experiencing issues with your XR700 router, specifically with DumaOS not loading and the absence of 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi signals. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to address these problems:

    1. Power Cycle the Router:

    • Unplug the power adapter from the router.
    • Wait for about 10-15 seconds.
    • Plug the power adapter back in and let the router boot up. This can often resolve minor software glitches.

    2. Factory Reset:

    • Use a small, pointed object (like a paperclip) to press and hold the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 seconds.
    • Release the button and wait for the router to reset. This will revert the router settings to their default values. Note that you'll need to reconfigure your router settings after a factory reset.
