Error: Missing JSON response

I am trying to logon to my router to check on the configureation after getting a new internet modem and I am receiving an error message: "no JSON response."  I click ok, but the page goes no further. 

 

This config look is also being driven by an VoIP phone that is no longer working while connected to my router (hard line).

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    What browser are you using? Try Firefox or Opera. 

    Be sure to clear out all browser caches. 

     

    Try a power OFF of the ISP modem and XR router for 1 minute then back ON.

      Could you provide a screenshot of the message you're seeing please? Also disable QoS fully from the Anti-Bufferbloat menu to see whether that resolves the VOIP issue.

        I have been getting the same error and cannot get into the router admin XR450 through wifi or direct connection using a laptop. 

        I tried chrome and IE.  Tried incognito.
        I have seen this same error reported over a couple of years but did not see any resolution.
