How to remove live parental setting and disable OpenDNS?

My router model is XR 700.

Right now, I have a headache with the previous settings by Netgear Genie. I know Netgear Genie had retired; yet, its previous settings on are still effective for my router and cannot be changed.

I had set live parental control with Genie before; the settings are still working with OpenDNS. The parental control settings are so disturbing now; however, there was no way I could remove them.

Obviously, I cannot use Genie to do so that I tried to remove OenDSN from my router. I updated its firmware to the latest version and reset DNS services as below (not OpenDNS servers):

However, no matter what I changed, the router is still running the OpenDNS service and the web pages are still blocked by previous live parent control. This is a big head headache.  Any suggestions for the issue? Thanks!
