Low Ping on speed test, but high ping on gaming
I just did a speed test on my gaming laptop and it says I have a 15 MS ping, but when I go to play Call of Duty for example it says I get like 70 MS.. If anyone can help me with this situation that would be greatly appreciated since I spent a bit of money on this, Thank you!

I also got a new modem (Aris Surfboard SB6190) thats hooked up and everything and I also play on Xbox One

Arris SB6190 is the Puma6 chipset, which if I recall correctly, is under a class action lawsuit for its lack of performance (high pings) during gaming. Might want to try the Netgear CM600, I beleive it uses a different chipset AND compliant with 400MB speeds for Spectrum.
p.s. still getting 60Mbit? most parts of the country were upgraded to either 100/10 or 200/10 as base speeds. You may have as i did, still have some old cat5 patch cables hindering performance. Might want to to check that too and get Cat6 or better.
