My XR500 Router disconnects from the Internet(intermittent)
My XR500 Router disconnects from the Internet every couple of days or weeks(intermittent) and the only way to reconnect to the internet is to power down the router.
I have the largest firmware installed. v2.3.2.56 and have done a factory reset.
I can still access router over wireless and cable but no internet connection.
I have installed my old router (cheaper one) and its work 100% 24/7.
I called Netgear support but its after 90days phone support and said i may have to pay, disappointed.
They said something to do with Channel sets and QOS sets.
XR500 - Intenet. Wireless disabled
ASUS RT-AC58U - setup as Access point mode for Wireless.
Help please.

There will be a fix coming in DumaOS 3.0 but until then I would suggest in Internet Setup changing from Dynamic to Static. Also in LAN Settings set IP reservations for your devices.
Hi, thank you for your reply, i will give it ago.
Do you know the time frame of the update to DumaOS 3.0 will be?
Thank you and stay safe.
