Nighthawk xr300 randomly reboots - revisited

Previously posted a message on this and then got busy and never came back to it.  The wireless router is still randomly rebooting.

I have:

1.  Updated to the latest version of the Firmware 1.0.3.56_10.3.41.  Check for update shows no new updates.

2.  DumaOS Name A7Legit.

 

Note:   The Fireware was updated but I did not factory init after that update.

Because I am factory initializing the device (concerned about devices appearing on my network) I want to finally resolve this problem.

 

BTW, storing logs in ram so they are lost on reboot stinks.

I plan on locking this unit down as well as solving the random reboot.

    What do you mean factory initializing it? It is a good update to do a factory reset after the upgrade in most cases. If you're connected using a power extender try direct to a wall outlet. If that doesn't stop it/it's already connected that way see if you have another power adapter with similar voltage that you can try.
