RAX80 Lam speed capped at 350Mbps
Hello everyone, first time poster here...
I have a RAX80.
-Any device plugged into a lan port maxes at 300-350 Mbps. (using multiple speed tests, ookla, fast.com, ISP internal site for speedtest)
-I have tried 3 different computers and they all get the exact same speed, on different lan ports on the RAX80.
-My ISP service is 1Gbps.
-The RAX80 speedtest measures 925-950Mbps.
-When I connect directly to the isp modem I get 950Mbps on multiple devices.
-I performed a factory reset on my RAX80, same limit 300-350Mbps.
-I toggled QoS when on or off, still get 300-350Mbps
-I have an orbi network plugged into one of the lan ports, and the wireless speed on the orbi network is >800Mbps.
What I don't understand is (without QoS or access control enabled) how my orbi network can get speeds of 800Mbps using a lan port (yah I connect wirelessly to the orbi, but it is supplied by a lan port on my RAX80) but none of my PCs can get more than 350Mbps when plugged directly into the RAX80.
Unfortunately my RAX80 no longer has chat support, only warranty...
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Steven

Oh geez, now I look like a total idiot because of the typo in the subject... I assure you I know it should be LAN, not sure how I missed that... I changed the subject in the reply, but I don't think it will change the original subject.. :(
