Settings and network configuration

hi Netgear community,

In light of corona and everyone working form home I have been working on a strong home network. This is quite a big house with 4 families and bout 20 ppl living here. The situation is as follows:

https://gyazo.com/02d1046fa6d38e06fc5f0baa639244b1
All the ap's have static IP's.
There is a nas wired up to the router that is used for time machine, windows backup and some mass storage using truenas.
All of the ap's have static chanels that dont overlap eachother to stop interferance. This is a stand alone home with not a lot of other networks nearby.

Now for my question: There are so manny settings and I have been fooling around with them quite a bit but I really dont know what settings I should configure. It would be nice if someone can tell me:
What should defenetly be on,
what should defenetly be off,
and what is recomended for the rest.
Stuff like spanning tree protacal, broadcast enhancement, guard interval, etc etc
I know all of these ap's can be insight managed but I bought them before insight had a subscription and I refuse to pay it so im managing them through the network interface.
If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Perfectly sufficient. Be aware more channels than just the "one" you can configure are in use.

    Strictly stick with the defaults.

STP is required if you are using any kind of wireless backhaul, to avoid potential loops.

Anything else - as stated above.

Operating a fully wired network with the APs just to connect wireless devices? Or are APs configured to connect multiple LAN segments over a wireless link? In plain AP mode having STP active is an overkill - there is no practical requirement.

Your network is STP (RSTP, MSP) enabled, all the switches are configured accordingly?

What I want to say: Even if there are various options and controls - only few are really required under special conditions.
