XR 500 - High ping under load

Hi! So I have this problem with very high ping under load. Speed and ping test is great, but download under load has very high spikes.

A friend of mine has the same router and internet actually and he always gets A+ and his gaming has very little lag/delay while I can barely play. Could anyone please help?

You'll get better results in the pro-gaming forum that your router is. 

The guys on there are very responsive and helpful.

include what modem/gateway the router is connected to, the firmware you're on, if its specific games with issues, and what settings you're using for qos
