XR1000 Ping Heatmap, Congestion Control and Connection Benchmark Not Working
Hello,
I just got the nighthawk pro gaming XR1000 router about a month ago, haven't had any issues with any of the software but all of a sudden today the ping heatmap and the connection benchmark will not work. It looks like it's working but nothing shows up on the screen. I did a reboot and a factory reset but nothing seems to fix it.
I also resync the cloud and nothing happens either. I'm using google chrome and the firmware is up to date. On the ping heatmap, when I click on 'schedule' it gives me an error message as well as seen in the picture below. The Congestion control just loads and then says "best settings found" and then places everything at a 100% and the bars in the test for ping, download, and upload don't move or show up.
I'm getting increasingly frustrated and would like some help. Thank yall

How did you factory reset the XR? Did you hold the reset pin on the back for thirty seconds, or did you do it through the NETGEAR settings page?
Since doing this, can you please clear your browser's cache and check if Connection Benchmark can then run a test?
If Congestion Control, I'd suggest setting your sliders to 70% each, select 'Auto-enable' and see how that feels to begin with.
