XR500 League of Legends game voice chat disconnect

Hi, anyone can help me fix the League of Legends game voice chat disconnect problem?

i had already disable the WAN steup: SIP ALG. but it doesn't work. I don't know what happened.

Are you using Geo-Filter?

Well, this might be a tft related bug and installing the next patch fix the issue or else start using discord, this worked for many gamers playing the league of legends game.

I was just checking wether you were using Geo-Filter and that was blocking the connection. Sounds like you're not.

Disable QoS completely from the Anti-Bufferbloat option menu on the QoS page, does that resolve the issue?

Oh, I see, but my league of legends voice chat could not connect, it is disconnect. I couldn’t speak with my friends during the game.

You can disable QoS in the side menu next to Anti-Bufferbloat

As above that is how you disable it fully, it's 3 lines top left of the Anti-Bufferbloat panel. It may be a NAT issue, what is your physical setup with model names e.g. ATT router/modem combo > XR500

Hi, I did it. But the problem still in here. In my apartment, we don’t have any modem, just plug on the wall. So is this problem?

So you wouldn't have access to the modem/hub the apartment uses then I'm guessing? Could very well be a NAT issue, could you run a little test and put your PC in the DMZ on the XR500 and see if that resolves your issue please?

Oh, I did it, but it’s still didn’t work, I can use the discord voice with my friends, but the league of legends voice chat still disconnected. Terrible, I don’t know what happened.

Does the voice chat work if you remove the XR500 from the setup? Unless you can't do that.
