wps does not work for me

Question

I already tried it with the physical button and through the graphical interface and tried both ways with pin and push.&nbsp;try to give internet to a cell phone and a smart tv with no result

it doesn't work i'm using the latest netgear xr300 firmware, could that be why it doesn't work?
