AC3000 Model R7900 Factory Reset

Question

I have tried to factory reset the AC3000 Router several times and I still cannot access the router by using the default password. Is there anything that I need to do to access the router using the factory default password?

When you're pushing and holding reset, are you holding for up to 30 seconds while its powered on?&nbsp;

also, its case sensitive. All lower case.&nbsp;
login: admin
password: password

Thank. Yes I did hold reset button pushed in for 30 seconds with no success.

have you tried a different device?
Also, make sure any password managers are disabled.&nbsp;
Also try different browsers
