Just the app doesn't work?
Or the router doesn't work for anything? wired/wireless connections etc.
Your description wasn't very specific or clear

Re: Ac1900 R6900v2 Router wont connect after newest update
what 2 lights are red?
What firmware is on the router?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Is it broadcasting wifi?
Are you able to access the router gui while hardwired into it?
What caused this? Did it randomly start? Did it happen after a firmware update/settings change?
What have you tried doing to resolve the issue?
Have you tried a factory reset and reinstall?

Re: Ac1900 R6900v2 Router wont connect after newest update
Unsure if everyone is having this issue, but it seems that after an update V1.2.0.76_1.0.1 was installed this week. Now every night the router needs to be rebooted because it will not accept any new connections. All devices see the AP being broadcasted, but they all state no network connection, which means you have to click on the wireless ap and sign on. After signing in with the correct password, it just hangs and goes back to the screen stating no connection available. This is happening with all devices that were either turned off, or not on the wifi network. This issue occurs with a variety of devices, TV, emulators, laptops so its not a particular device. It is related to the router, which will only work after it has been rebooted. I think the next step is to return the router back to factory settings.
