Device Connected to Router but No Internet Access
I suddenly lost my internet connection while working. My wife was using the TV and lost connection at the same time.
The router and modem lights appeared normal, but I went ahead and unplugged the router and the modem. Waited 30 sec. and reconnected the modem then router. When the lights were back on I was able to connect my laptop thru the VPN and I had internet access. But the TV and my verizon phone would not connect.
Currently,
My laptop is connected through a VPN to the router and has internet access.
My LG TV has no network connection.
My VZW phone is connected to my router, but no internet access.
How do I get my TV and phone reconnected with internet access.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?I'm having the same kind of problem. This seems to coincide with the last firmware update. Wired devices are fine. Some wireless devices stay connected. Others loose connection or can't connect. Rebooting helps, but I shouldn't have to do that. Seems to be intermittent. Could my router be going on the fritz?
