I have Netgear R6260 AC1600 and I have reset the mode like 100 times, pressed the reset button for 5 seconds, for 30 seconds, for 1 minute and stupid modem will not reset the admin password. I cannot login to the modems default admin credentials. I paid for a product and the most import part is that I should be able to setup the modem. So what am I doing wrong??

The R6260 is a router, NOT A MODEM! .
Pressing the Reset button for 10 seconds should work to reset the router.
Besure to clear out all browser caches. Try a different browser.
