Issue with firmware update
The app is saying I need to sign into the the genie and update my firmware. But, when I get into the genie there’s no option for an update. And the version I am using is the one is the latest approved version from my internet provider. But I can’t access the app until it’s updated. Not sure what to do as I’m not real tech savvy.

Says who? Trust no one, I always say. Especially not one who tells
you to update the firmware on your DOCSIS device, over whose firmware
you have no control.> [...] I'm not real tech savvy.
Netgear doesn't always do very well with technology, either.
- That’s the chart I used and I have the correct version already. But when I open the netgear app it’s redirecting me to the genie to update the firmware. And I can’t do anything else with the app. I can’t even get to the dashboard
