NETGEAR device is already registered to another account
I am trying to set up remote access on my iPhone but am unable to because the app pops up saying "
Netgear device is already registered to another account. If I did register it, I don't remember what that info is.
How can I fix this problem?

I went through the page you linked to me and it says "No products registered under your profile."

Also, I didn't think about this until now but it might be registered to any email I don't have anymore. I used to have an earthlink email address. Then, Spectrum stopped carrying earthlink. Now, I have no access to that email anymore.
