NIghtHawk R7000 PS4 Nat Type 2

Hello

I had to do a factory reset due to log on issues. That is fixed however since the reset my son cant play Call Of Duty Black Ops 3. The PS4 says the NAT is moderate and it has to say its open to play the game. We have tried all sorts of touble shooting nothing works. Before the reset it worked fine. Can anyone advice on how to fix this? I have checked in the router settings that UPnP is on as someone said it needs to be on it is set to on. What else do I need to do to get the game to work again?

    Hi fireblazin,

     

    Check for the port number for Call Of Duty and open it under port forwarding.

      You can check as well under WAN setup for NAT filtering. You may change it to open.
